Katapult is the ultimate capture the flag, all-out medieval type battle game with shields, wet sponge balls and huge catapults firing tennis balls up to 100m through the air!. The battle field is alive with sirens, forts and battle calls and is a great way to break the ice and invigorate your group.
Katapult is a fantastic facilitated game for children, teenagers & adults.
The game can be played using either specific age groups or a mix of all age groups together. The youngest recommended age is 10 years. Its a great activity for team leadership, strategy and group dynamic exploration for school groups and can be either played as a 1 or 4 hour activity.

Hosanna’s Amazing Race The race is a far reaching activity run over several hours incorporating many aspects of life into a non stop, action packed, brain racking experience designed to challenge and draw a diversity of talents from the participants, build self esteem and set the first blocks in place to new relationships.
It is a great single day activity for smaller groups, or multiday activity for larger ones. The race is tailored to each group through our Multiple Choice Questions. It is ideal for: Schools and youth groups and not to forget corporate team building sessions.
Dreamtime Productions is a 4 hour creative activity that mixes the flavour of Indigenous Dreaming with lantern painting, fire panel weaving, interpretive dance, story-telling, face painting and playing a mix of indigenous/recycled percussion instruments.
“Tribes” are challenged to create a Dreamtime Production on the spot using whatever they have in the most creative way. It reconnects students with the magic of story-telling, provides a sense of community and develops an appreciation of indigenous culture.
Farm Tour with Alex The Hosanna Farm Tour is a fantastic activity for the whole family. Alex is very knowledgeable about all the animals. She will walk or drive you around the beautiful property, giving you an opportunity to get close to the chickens, pigs, cows, goats, donkeys, horses and many more animals that live at Hosanna.
She will see if you can guess what herbs you are tasting in our organic garden. The farm tour is a fun activity for everybody!
Walking Tour – 1 1/2 hours – $5 per person $100 minimum.
Driving Tour – go further afield in a 1977 open troop carrier – up hills, over ridges, through creeks, in the rough – 1 1/2 hours – – $10 pp, $80 minimum.

To get more out of a Farmtour, try the Treasure Hunt! Hosanna has a photographic treasure hunt that is a hit with young and old. Roam around the farm trying to find the encoded places. Naturally there is a Hosanna-style prize for the winner!

Campfire & Damper
Nothing beats some time around the campfire singing songs and…. baking your own damper. Hosanna provides the bag of firewood, a great bowl of dough, butter, golden syrup, sticks and marshmallows and not to forget hot chocolate (upon request). Away you go! This activity needs to be pre-booked.

The Jetty is the first point of entry into the lake. It has the following features:
3 metre diving board with plenty of spring.
1 metre jumping platform.
Water level jumping decks.
Gradual stair access into the lake.
Undercover area and tables accommodating 16
Electricity and lights, including spot light for night swimming in summer.
The Animal Shelter is located next to the Hosanna House. During feeding times (8am and 5 pm ‘ish’) guests are invited to join Hosanna staff in caring for the animals. During the day guests can enter the guinea pig and rabbit enclosure and the chicken coop (under strict adult supervision). Other animals can be fed and patted through the fence. Animals, often including babies, at Hosanna include:
Glow Worm Tunnel
The Glow worm tunnel is an amazing and unforgettable adventure along the abandoned railway line that starts 2 km further down Tunnel Rd from the property to the end of the valley. The tunnel is 500m long and the walk along the track is 2.5 km each way. The glow worms can only be seen at night, so the walk is recommended as an evening activity.
Hosanna is situated 15 km from Mt Warning in its foot hills. Mt Warning can take as little as 1,5 hour up and 1 hr down for the young and fit, or a steady 4 hours for the average. The climb is spectacular, the tracks well maintained and the viewing platforms at the summit offers 360 views to the ocean.
